Happy Cinco de Mayo!
I’ve been trying to eat as clean as possible lately so to celebrate, I decided to make this vegan Mexi burrito bowl. I know there are a lot of ingredients but I make enough to last a while so I’ll be eating this for the next few days. But I don’t mind, because it’s SO good. 😉
Here’s what you’ll need:
Avocados, diced (marinated in lemon juice)
Combine everything is a BIG bowl and enjoy!
